Actually hilarious that people are putting pi phi higher than ANYONE. Alpha phi and theta had retention rate of 98%. Idk about gamma phi but AEPhi had a retention rate of 95%. Pi phi had 13% and they didn't fill quota so they had to take girls off of AEPhi's list. Sad that people would put them as anything other than bottom.

Alpha Phi/Theta - both top tier but for completely different reasons. If you wanna have fun, party, be known as the "smoke shows" on campus, Alpha Phi is right for you. If you want the sisterhood aspect, very good academics, pretty good looks, "wifey material" kinda girl, Theta is the way to go.
Gphi - middle tier because they are still trying to find their way in Greek life. Still a very mixed chapter, but they are making their way up.
AEPhi & Pi Phi - low tier. Although both have great sisterhoods, they are kind of awkward. Mixed bag of girls and you never see them out.

New Rankings: based on the new pledge classes
1. Theta - the girls in their new pc are beautiful in a natural way
2. Alpha Phi - the girls in their new pc are hot but some only after make-up
3. AEPhi & Pi Phi - both got some cute girls in their new pc with lots of potential
4. GPhi - 50/50 there are some cute girls but the other half is kinda butt
