I would say if you're a freshman or even a sophomore and you are genuinely interested to give it a shot because if it doesn't work out you can always go through recruitment again next year. The process is done by nationals so they are a little less superficial about looks etc. but they are looking for hardworking, motivated girls of all ages to start te chapter and the first pledge class will be larger than a typical pledge class.

clearly AXO is pumping greekrank as its the 2nd greekrank post in as many days...
they will try to recruit a lot which means a mixed bag of quality and don't have a place in husky village.

They probably will have a house once dz/dg/sigma chi finally moves out of the village. But agree on the mixed bag
