by: RIP Greek lifeI wouldn't even bother joining Greek life at this point. KKG, DG, DZ, SAE, and Sig Chi were the top tear organizations and are now all gone. The rest of the chapters will be under some serious scrutiny next semester while trying to readjust to the ridiculous rules they're going to have to follow, which will probably take all he fun out of your new member period, homecoming, etc. If you're a freshman and looking to go through sorority recruitment, I think it would be worth waiting the year for DG to come back, or at least for the rest of the organizations to readjust to loosing half of the community.

That would be the very earliest they could come back but I doubt they will be back anytime soon. No nationals wants that kind of reputation as long as there are people still at the school who were there for what happened. Greek life will be SO MUCH BETTER now!
