Accurate rankings. (semi repost)

Disclaimer: Any frats mid and below will be creepy at parties. This is going to attract downvotes but I don't care because I'm actually in greek life.

Top:
Phi Delt/ADP (as expected)

Low Top:
AKL (good parties, respectful guys)
Beta (new aepi, beta got aepi's houses and have vastly expanded relations with top sororities, and better parties)

Upper Mid:
Sig chi (becoming weird but older guys are quality)

Mid:
TKE (they are ok for the most part. be extremely careful with your drink here)
SAE (these guys aren't even in ifc, idk when they started getting posted. frankly idk where i'd put them but no higher than tke)
Pi kapp (mid, don't know too much abt them)

Bottom:
Asig (extremely touchy and creepy, they prey on freshmen. i know of a dude who made a dz girl change dorms because he was stalking her. i would be legitimately scared to go here)
DTD (a lot of latino dudes w/ a lot of latina girls going to parties. respectful)
Sammy (no hazing, holds opens. cool if that's your thing. respectful)
