why are lower frats lower?

ZBT got kicked off that's what happened. 2 years ago they were upper mid because they mattered. They're not relevant because they're just not coming back. And low tier is less about attractiveness for guys and more just what type of guys they attract. Lower tier has weirder more awkward guys. For lack of a better word, bottom tier frats pull exclusively your stereotypical "dorks" for their brotherhood, while most other frats have a mix of all kinds of guys who get along. They're awkward and don't neccessarily fit in during rush so they don't get bids from more 'popular' fraternities. In addition they just have less girls or uglier/weird girls at their parties and they socialize with low tier sororities/fraternities. They also typically have much smaller PC's. While top frats usually can have large PC's of 20+, they won't pull/hold that many guys ever because nobody really wants to rush them. That's basically what low tier means.
