You have to keep in mind who mixes with who. Right now gphi and adp are on lock and alpha phi goes between phi delt and aepi. Sig chi doesn’t really have anyone.

Get rid of fiji and move tke down to be with aephi. They mix heavy and fiji got kicked off anyways

Condense the top two tiers. Aepi, sig chi, adp, and phi delt are basically interchangeable and just up to personal preference. For the girls keep as is but bring theta up with aphi and gphi because they’re in the same tier.
