except that as of the past few semesters Theta has severely damaged their reputation through their self-projected elitist behavior and image of superiority that nobody else agreed with. put theta below dz

I think bc general consensus is that pi phi hasn't done too well for the past few years and they've been around for a long time without improving

Based on pi phi’s IG it doesn’t really seem like they dropped this year ...

I get that theta dropped but still not below dz. Axo handled their racism scandal so badly when they disabled the comments on their post. Tiers are also still important, so even if theta dropped it’s not too much.
