off-campus frats
by: LolA lot of hate on here for off campus frats but truth is they’re still doing better than most. Sae, pike, and kappa sig are still far better than many of the on campus frats.

Wrong. Fact is if you join one of these you wouldn’t be a real brother since they aren’t recognized by the university or their national chapter. You could NOT put it on your resume or anything of that nature. You can’t wear letters on campus. You’re basically a geed who had to swallow a goldfish lol

Just to give you an idea of how poorly off campus frats are doing: sae just lost The dime (their best house, and probably the best off campus house there is) last semester, and kappa sig only had three pledges last semester
