ville house

Is it worth rushing a frat that doesn’t have a ville house?

If your goals are to live in the ville at some point then put that into consideration when deciding to rush a fraternity. Although there are some good fraternities that don't have ville houses, a fraternity that has a ville house will make largely gathered pregames with sororities A LOT easier since ville houses live literally right next to each other. Feel it out though, maybe the frat without the ville house might be cooler than another frat that does have one. It's in your best interest to ask smart questions like these during rush to figure out where your best fit is. Good luck

Definitely don’t go off that there’s upper mid and top houses without ville houses

I’d say all of the top houses are in the ville with some mids. Most of the mids and bottoms don’t have one. The only frats that don’t have a ville house are PhiDelt, Fiji, Pikapp, and DTD, and all of them are lower mid or bottom lol definitely not remotely top

Sigma Phi Epsilon is committed to being a different kind of fraternity – one that recognizes the importance of the out-of-classroom experience and is committed to making that experience the safest and most empowering part of a college male’s life.
