alpha sig and alpha phi

I never understood how Alpha Sig, considered a bottom tier fraternrity is so close to alpha phi. Can someone explain how this is? Are a lot of guys just originally really good friends with them ? Or does alpha phi really enjoy there parties and presence?

I'm not really sure why you care so much. I'm not in either but I'm not sure why it's that big of a deal and why you guys put so much emphasis on rankings

I don't know what the above 3 posts are talking about but there are maybe 5 girls in alpha phi that associate with alpha sig lol
