Top Tier (update on bans:

Sig Chi- Great parties, a little bit too uniform but attractive and "stylish" none the less.

AEPi- I heard they used to be pretty mediocre in the day and from what all the seniors say in my sorority joke that if there was a "most socially improved" award it'd go to them. Pretty good looking guys, great houses, especially casa and their amazing yard for day drinks.

Pike- I wouldn't usually rank them so high but they do have really cool guys, some very hot, and I heard they acquired renwood which is huge because the last year or two has killed them not having a house.Bar nights are packed + a lot of fun.

Middle Tier:

Kappa Sig- Love older guys, dislike younger guys. They're not bad it's just that a pledge class of like 43 kids wasn't the best move for them, especially in promoting brotherhood. There's a lot of good guys but that's expected when there's so many to choose from.

TKE- What they lack in looks they make up for in parties. Wine wednesday was a personal favorite of mine this year. A lot of my girl/guy friends don't like them because they "try too hard" but I have to respect them for wanting to throw down on days other than Friday/Saturday

ADP- Most down to earth guys. Still newish and don't have the best houses off campus, not to mention no house in the ville. Still room for improvement.

Bottom Tier:
-Beta (marry for money)
-ZBT (Creepy geed parties)
-FIJI (creepier, although never see any)
-AKL (non existent for probably next 4 years

PIKE not only has renwood this year but 4 other houses, one amazing house behind hilltop apts, a new house behind northwoods, the capital behind the oaks, and another house between celeron and hunting lodge apts

I seriously doubt that pike will keep that top spot. They're running off their old reputation and their new pledge class is a bunch of squids.

SAE and Sig chi still make a lot of noise off campus, but will be the next chi chi in a few years.

Honestly if you're a dude just rush every frat as they all are very different and there are only a few relevant on campus (AEPi, KSig, TKE, poss adp). Don't choose based on status but because you like the guys you will possibly consider your brothers.
