true fraternity rankings

1. AEPI-Top
2. Kappa Sig/PIKE- Middle Top
3. SAE/TKE- Middle
4. Sig Chi- Somewhere around here
5. ADP-Middle Lower
6. ZBT-Lower
7. FIJI/Beta- Low Low
8. AKL- Disregard

Let's be real as long as SAE are the only ones with a real house and not recruiting Beta level kids they're going to be at least sharing the top.

pike is in tons of debt because their treasurer was both a gambler and addicted to H, besides that Pike has no brotherhood and kids are dropping like flies once they find out how awful it is. they can't be top tier they aren't even a fraternity.

no guy in greek life would put beta above TKE ... betas as bottom tier as you can get

The two best fraternities by far were Sigma Chi and SAE. If Sigma Chi gets booted then these would be the new rankings in most people's eyes.

Top:
PIKE- Good looking guys who dominate bar scene
AEPI- Casa is a great house, really fun guys

Middle (no particular order, all offer different things):
TKE- a few houses and some good looking guys, but also a few creepy ones
Kappa Sig- took way to many guys last fall, they think they are way better than they actually are, but they have good sorority relations
ZBT- Are slowly coming back after taking a shot loosing their pledge class two springs ago.

Bottom:
ADP- Also getting better but need more quality guys
FIJI- new and still building
Beta- very good academically

Predictions for the fall semester (I agree almost 100% w/ "truth" but just wanted to give my 2 cents and bump this)

Top Tier---------------------------

PIKE - Heard they got Renwood so as long they pull hard and fill it for parties then they will be top. Heard they have financial/brotherhood problems though so love to see how that plays out. Gym rats/Athletic which is good and bad but I see it more as good.

AEPi - Fun kids with a great set of houses right next to eachother. Parties are a good time and pretty large. Not a fan of your philanthropy event though..

Middle Tier---------------------------

Kappa Sig - Blue house is alright but there are better. Last fall's pledge class of 40+ kids really held these guys back. Mix of kids that don't know eachother and brotherhood seems to lack but it's kind of expected. Good sorority relations though and they will improve in time.

TKE - Have a lot of houses and throw down a lot but parties always feel kind of disappointing. Some good quality brothers and also some really weird ones, but brotherhood seems high. They seem to think they are better then they are and are generally overlooked by sororities for other fraternities, they have improved though.

ZBT - Their parties always feel like GDI central and they have fallen ever since they ran into trouble with their nationals. Some great brothers but also some really bad ones too. Don't really hear much of them anymore, fallen a bit off the radar.
