best panhellenic spirit in the us

There is always a little competition between each sorority house, yes, this is obvious. But after seeing Greek Ranks from other campuses, it makes me proud to be a sister in this Greek Community.
Each house has it's stereotypes, true. Yet I know so many girls who are friends with girls in chapters other than their own. I've met many girls from other chapters and even through given stereotypes, I've never once felt the individual girls I've met have fit them. Maybe outwardly, but once you get to know a girl all stereotypes are out the window.
Compared to other campuses, we really are a panhellenic community. It might be tough to root each other on in times like recruitment, but overall I think everyone is genuinely nice to each other. I can walk by a group of girls from another chapter and not feel like they're glaring at me or hating me because of the letters I wear.
UConn is actually known across the country for it's AMAZING panhellenic spirit. I don't know why ours is so strong, but when I see other chapters at other schools get so catty and pathetic to each other, it really makes me proud that I don't feel like I deal with it here.
Great job ladies, keep it up.

This website is so toxic sometimes and not a good representation of how strong panhell love is, sure recruitment is stressful but every org is looking for something a little different in its new members! Bashing one group of girls based on their looks is NEVER cool, and I guarantee friendships would be miserable if we held them so such shallow standards. I’m proud of my sisters in other orgs, and I’m proud to be part of UConn panhell!!
