Any answer you're gonna get is probably gonna be biased. In my opinion there is a real answer but I'll just leave you with the clear top two: SAE and Kappa sig

You're going to get pretty similar answers reguardless

The top in my opinion are AEpi SAE and Kappa Sigma (in no particular order). I'm basing the rankings off of 1. DG, alpha phi and theta (top tier) associate primarily with these 3 fraternities.

And 2.

AEpi SAE and kappa sigma have thrown the "largest" or "most popular" parties. While SAE may throw the largest parties, maybe AEpi has a better social standing with theta. Get it? Just a small example. They're all top tier in my opinion.

Sigma Chi and SAE are the clear top 2. Just wait for Sig Chi to get a house and also throw down more often at the cave. Rave at the Cave was possibly the best party on par with around the world.
