off campus

Why is the off campus scene so much bigger this year? And how are their parties not getting shut down?

I agree. Pike never gets shut. I don't think a on campus frat even had a party in weeks

Sae, sig chi, and pike all had bangers this week with no consequence but i havent heard of like a kappa sig or aepi party in while now
