letters of rec
by: Jwdo we need letters of Recommendation for joining a sorority? Are they necessary or helpful? Also do the sororities here haze?? Thank you!

You don't need one and girls don't typically come in with them so sororities here don't expect any girls to have them. That being said, if you know someone who could write you a letter of rec, it could give more information to the sororities about what your values and qualities are, this could help you with recruitment, but it won't guarantee a bid. Also, we really don't haze so don't stay away from greek life because of that!
