the return of delta zeta

Delta zeta is coming back this fall 2016 semester and from what I remember, they were pretty hot during the time they left. Also associated with Sig chi and SAE for the most part. What's the story with their return?

This fall, they are allowed to apply to come back. I think the decision is up to OFSL
