zbt vs tke?

Everywhere on this site people argue about who's ahead of who. What are the pros and cons of these two?

Very similar in almost every way. Both were not so good years ago but have done well bringing in good guys in the recent years. While ZBT has a better reputation among sororities especially Theta, TKE throws way more parties its not even funny. But other than that solid middle tiers that are getting better each year
