Every sorority is different but because Greek life in ct isn't as big as down south you're only paying around 300-600 each semester depending on your organization.
It includes trips, shirts, events, etc.

It all comes back to you in one way or another so you can see where your money goes.

Also if you get a bid after rushing and you don't like it before you get initiated, you don't lose any money and you're able to test the waters.

Like the first commenter said, dues range from $300-$600 per semester (depending on your organization) BUT the first semester as a sister can be upwards of $250 more expensive due to different Panhellenic fees as well as ordering pins.

That said, they do have payment plans that vary from organization to organization. So you can pay smaller amounts every week/month/twice a semester until you fully pay your dues and some organizations won't let you certain events (like formal) unless you've paid your dues in full.
