too afraid to join

i met an alpha phi girl while volunteering for the blood drive during the same shift. she was so nice and well rounded and very easy to talk to! i felt really comfortable talking to her because she was so genuine. some comments about them on this site make it seem like they're stupid and ditzy but this girl was actually so nice and real and opposite of what people make them out to be on here. i can't wait to get to know these girls during recruitment in the fall and find my home in a sorority!

These girls seem to only have their noses in the air when it comes to talking to anyone but themselves. They're the kind of "not classy" ladies that aren't even fun at parties. There's other sororities who are more fun then these girls and can get wild without being snobby to others. Most guys are really starting to understand why the phrase "hurts to pee" is coined with these girls. And the only time I ever see them involved on campus is sweetheart competitions. Overrated.

Crazy how attractive these girls are but are known to be shallow. It is true that they think they're the best but even if you are you don't have to run it in everyone's faces... just be modest sometimes

It's all very surface level with alpha phi's. I've met some great girls , but the majority outweigh them in that they are shallow and mean.

After huskython I got to meet a few of these girls. I was really confused because overal there was mainly a few pretty ones; just the same amount as any other sorority. But despite average looks, the girls who stuck it out the whole time and had fun doing it were great company. Goes to show that looks aren't everything and these girls could be better if they stopped putting so much pressure on that for once instead of giving bids to shallow bimbos.

Almost all of their members are very attractive, BUT in a very superficial way. These girls are popular but don't have anything to offer except for looks. They are typically quite shallow and stereotypical sorority girls. Their sisterhood seems to revolve around partying and drinking. If you have a conversation with an alpha phi, you'll notice they don't have much substance

Legitimate C u m dumpsters

I know some nice girls in Alpha Phi don't get me wrong, but their overall values are way off the mark. During recruitment they hid sisters in closets, laundry rooms, etc. for hours because they weren't the prettiest of the bunch. The following day, those same girls were asked to stay home from recruitment to avoid interacting with potential new members. Horrifying. Some sisterhood.
