Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at University of Connecticut - UConn 3.6 Just judging off of the boys I've seen wearing rush shirts this past week, tke looks like it def improved a lot with their last few classes. Never thought of them as top or even middle tier, but it looks like their image is changing very fast.
