These guys are creepy and snobby and have no place being as popular as they are. Their wealth seems to be the only thing that gravitates people towards them. Their parties stink, the vibes are lacking, and the guys aren’t friendly nor approachable.

This frat has it all. They are very nice and committed to each other, have a ton of good socials and parties, and have a great sense of brotherhood. They are top tier.

This fraternity has a lot of issues associated with it. The guys can be rude and inconsiderate of each other. And while their parties have been good in the past, these guys haven’t contributed as much as I think they could have. They have a low presence on campus and lack the classiness of other frats.

After the merger with pikapp, their parties have been really fun. Their music is probably one of the best on campus compared to phi delt. I think they are upper mid tier imo. The merger really changed their image on campus
