Amazing parties, bunch of houses, really diverse fraternity, great brotherhood. The Dime addition to the fraternity was nice, massive yard at the house for darties the place is huge with its own pond directly in the back. Blue house always has the best parties too.

Jesus it’s like watching a plane catch fire and crash, these guys were kicked off for almost killing kids, since then they have fallen so low that there brothers are attempting to rush other frats. Avoid at all costs, their own brothers are trying to void their memberships.

It’s like watching the human version of a whale with a little narcissistic personality disorder.( Majority at least) These girls couldn’t get a bid from any top or mid tier sorority so they are stuck dancing in delts basement. Knowing this it makes sense why they are the only sorority without a vill house. And in case the ✨sisters✨ think about spending $5 to remove this , I’ll just repost. Goodluck at recruitment ladies, and to those who are thinking about joining I hope I can save you time and money.
