Theta because they're actually real and cool girls. They don't try to be fake, they're super sweet. Kappa's are just mean.. to each other and to other houses

Kappa is a better house than theta - this will get a lot of down votes but that's just because there are a lot of theta's on this site.

Kappa just isn't the best anymore because they get in trouble so often, and they're on the chopping block with their nationals so they can't do anything fun
