Top Tier:
Pi Kapp - Top for now. Great annexes and great parties. Not sure if this will change tho
Kappa Sig - Still have their frat mansion and still have the jungle, but next year could show a lot of changes for them because they are off IFC which makes recruitment more tough, plus they are losing the jungle so we will see

Upper Middle:
SAE - Fallen off a bit due to the housing situation, but i'd say the cali bros still have a great social life and are not really in danger of becoming irrelevant simply because annexes are more important than chapter houses anyway
Sig pi - For sure making a comeback, have been doing well this year

Middle Tier:
Chi psi - Best chapter house on campus but they don't use it, also weak annex game
Phi psi - Have had some great parties this year but fall pledge class was eh
Sig nu - They have a block to themselves and yet they can't seem to stop bidding creeps. Once they get on sopro again say goodbye to these guys
Theta xi - Have been improving a lot this year, could pass sig nu and phi psi

Lower middle:
Sig ep - Can never seem to rise from this ranking, however they remain relevant because their parties are decent. What they really need are some solid annexes
Phi Tau - Only relevant because of their house. Brothers are weird and parties are not anything special
Tke - Brothers that I have met seem chill, but the housing situation needs to change otherwise they won't be rising from lower middle anytime soon

Everyone else is irrelevant
