Top House:
Pi Kap-undisputed top house. Locked down big annexes next year with the return of the famous Box Office, nothing is going to change soon for them.
Top Tier:
Kappa Sig- Future is very questionable but have been throwing down all year. They will stay here for now but may fall of the map very quick especially not having the jungle next year.
SAE- Have survived without a house becuase the core group of guys. Again, they have been throwing down but may fall in the future.
Lower Upper:
Sig Pi- Able to survive of IFC because their house. Lots of cool guys some questionable but they will hold steady and may climb back to Top Tier soon. Solid Annex game.
Sig Nu: Absolutly sweet house with lots of cool guys. They still don't get that they will never be top house if they keep bidding creepers will easily hold this position as long as they don't go back on sopro.
Sig Ep: Horrible Annexes are holding them back along with weird older brothers. They only throw parties in their chapter house which gets old. Locked down big annex for next year if they use the doll house right they will hold their spot.
Chi Psi: The lodge is one of the coolest chapter houses. Their parties are always fun but usually nothing spectacular besides MIMS, that bumped hard. Tiny fall PC will make them desperate to hand out spring bids but if they get a solid class they will hold their spot bit if not they will fall.

I agree with your post, but do you mean the return of the jungle for pikapp? Because the box office is going to be non-existent next year when kids are living in that dorm that's right next to it. There is no way the school allows that annex to throw parties like they do when they have a dorm so close to it. so rip box office, but they did steal the jungle back

SigEp throws parties right next to them, they're fine. It's not a dorm. And the guys in the Evan's house are chill and don't mind the box office parties

Evans Scholars is not affiliated with the university so they could call the police but the university will not have power over it being "dead".

Sig Nu has never been able to reach top because they have by far the most expensive dues, and they wind up with creeps every rush.
