fraternity rankings

Some of the rankings are arguable depending on perspective, but for the most part this is how it goes:
Top- (no specific order)
Pi Kapp- very well rounded, better main house would make them undisputed
Kappa Sig- In lots of trouble lately but girls go to their parties regardless.
SAE- majority so cal kids that girls love but the parties have been lacking
Upper Mid- (no specific order)
Phi Psi- Loves to party and has potential, but at times can do stupid things. Very good pledge class
Theta Xi- Needs to throw more parties at their main house and white house. Parties they do have are fun. Younger classes have a lot of potential to be top.
Sigma Nu- They have an entire block to themselves; so they should be better, but they have cool guys
Middle-
1. Chi Psi- nicest and most traditional house. If they through more partys and got better annexes, they'd be higher.
2. Sig Ep- has some cool guys, always stuck in this ranking(never go up or down)
3. Phi Tau- Awesome main house, just don't hear much about them. could grow though
Lower-
Alpha Sig- just don't hear about them ever.
ZBT-Its sad but they have a cool house but are kinda the joke of greek life here.
TKE- new house but don't know much about them.

This list should not matter because hopefully everyone will enjoy where he ends up despite the buzz about different tiers.
