by: Chubbs Petersoni think i'm gonna rush this spring, i know a little bit about some of the fraternities, i'm interested in phi psi, chi psi, and sig nu. How would you rank these frats from 1-3 just curious 1 being best. I know i'll get a feel for each when I rush, but I'd prefer to know which of the 3 is best and why

Coming from a middle tier sorority girl
Chi psi-one of my favorite houses at CU but they do need to step up their party game.
Sig nu-total creepers and many are not attractive but their parties are pretty fun and their house is cool.
Phi psi -don't join phi psi unless you would like to say goodbye to your social life. These guys don't do anything and their parties suck. My sisters and I would rather go to an acacia party than a phi psi party.... If they ever had one.

chi psi is pretty soft but has a dope house and mims party was dope
sig nu is a bunch of goober creeps with a sick estate but are in social probation so they are irrelevant for now. will probably get back up to upper middle soon
phi psi has some crazy kids and are fun but sometimes annoying and dumb because they don't care about what people think which is a good and bad thing
ps... first person who posted is in chi psi lmao
