fraternity rankings

Fraternity Rankings after first semester:

Top Tier:
1. Pi Kapp - Continues to throw great annex parties, never dissapoints
2. Phi Psi - Has thrown some absolute bangers this semester
3. SAE - Needs to get a chapter house or else they will be hurt by rush in the future, great annex parties tho

Upper Middle:
4. Kappa Sig - Falling due to trouble with IFC/Nationals, still throws great annex parties and will likely continue to be relevant
5. Sig Pi - Still have their mansion on the hill, rush has been effected a little but still throw bangers

Middle:
6. Chi Psi - Best chapter house on campus, but they need to have more parties
7. Phi Tau - Climbing fast, have thrown some great parties this semester despite being on sopro
8. Sig Nu - On sopro so now they can't party because no annexes. Have a dope complex but thats really all they have going for them
9. Theta Xi - for the love of god, PLEASE USE YOUR ANNEX. The white house is one of the best annexes on the hill and they don't use it. Why???

Lower Middle
Sig Ep - They live in a shoebox, but they have decent parties
TKE - Tiki party was pretty good, off of sopro now, but need to get a better house

Phi Psi throws good parties, they have quality brothers, and they like to have a good time. At the end of they day, they are a good chapter

If you are actually wondering about the ranks of the fraternities, don't take this as true. Very obviously written by a phi psi who then asked his class to vote on the post. Embarrassing honestly. He'll probably get them to down vote this as well.
