Kappa has a really high one due to their dues being astronomical

AXO and Tri delta also have high ones because they aren't as desirable chapters

Yeah most drops in any house are usually based on financial reasons and then lower tiers just have high drops the first few weeks because of low desirability and then anyone after that is because of money
