can zbt turn around?

From what I understand, ZBT is one of the lowest tier ones. Is it possible for them to move up to mid or upper mid in a matter of years or nah?

They're not in the low tier by any means, maybe except for their house but they are a solid middle tier

Yes they are lower tier, they still generally hang out with tri delts and axo 's and they don't throw bangers. Once they start hanging out with thetas and gphis who are middle tier sororities they can consider themselves middle tier. But for now they are lower tier, they do have potential though.
