fraternity rankings by tier

Top: Kappa Sig, SAE, Pi Kapp
Middle: Phi Psi, Sig Nu, Chi Psi, Theta Xi
Lower middle: Sig Pi, Sig Ep,
Bottom: Phi Tau, ZBT, Acacia, APD, the rest

We all know Pi Kapp and SAE doesn't have a main house, but still going strong and Kappa Sig is off IFC, but they can bounce back and survive as top house if they play their cards right. Only time will tell if top houses rise/fall but as of now this is how things stand. Rush this year is going to be interesting and could make or break houses.
