pretty sure its up to their nationals to decide. my guess would be membership review? hopefully they don't lose their house like pi kapp

Pi kapp did lose their house. It was owned by another frat. Lasts year the frat gained enough members that they where able to use their house.

they won't be able to participate in rush because they are no longer in IFC, they will be like Sig Pi

Sigma Pi still has pledge classes and Kappa Sig will do the same unless their nationals disallow it

either way, wouldn't recommend rushing next semester. If you really want to be a kappa sig, at least wait till spring to see what happens to them. Not being in IFC is never a good thing, especially in the eyes of any chapters nationals.
