ha no chance if ur looking for a place with potential that isnt already a top house go phi psi , sig nu and theta xi suck

yeah they will still hangout with those guys because they are friends. but not going there because of "kappa sig"

Phi psi has the most potential because they have a good chapter house and annexes that they actually use. Theta xi and sig nu on the other hand have great places to party but they don't use them at all.
