to clear things up

1.) Theta is not rising. That isn't to say that they don't have great girls, but they're definitely not changing their rep anytime soon and last year's pledge class only solidified this.
2.) Kicking Kappa Sig off of IFC didn't automatically put them in "bottom tier", and if for some reason you all think that girls care at all about who is in IFC when deciding what parties to go to and what guys to hang out with, you're about as dumb as it gets (talking to you sig nu/theta xi). They have great annexes for next year and a really awesome pledge class. They might struggle down the road, but for now they are far from "irrelevant". Also they won greek week this year so if that wasn't a big final FU then idk what was.
3.) Sig nu is not rising. Yes, they are a solid fraternity, but what you boys don't seem to understand is that other fraternities having problems does not in fact change the quality of guys in your chapter. You still have the worst and creepiest parties and there are way hotter guys in Phi Psi.
4.)AXO and GPHI deserve some cred. No, not top houses at all, but they are respectable houses to be in. It is impressive that 2/3 of our school's "lower tier chapters" are not embarrassing.
5.) Chi O got weird this year and we all know it. Would 100% put them under APhi now.
