actual fraternity rankings 2015

Top Tier
1. Pi Kapp- on sopro next year for a while but this means nothing to them because they have great annexes, will have a decent chapter house in the future
2. Kappa Sigma- off ifc so rush might be affected we will see, still have their chapter house and great annexes next year
3. SAE- no chapter house but great annexes

Upper Middle Tier
4. Sigma Pi- Also off ifc, but making a comeback, they need a good rush, have a great chapter house but not great annexes

Middle Tier
5. Sigma Nu- Has a good chapter house but no annexes, doesn't party much and has alot of creepers, if they ever get on sopro say goodbye to these guys

6. Phi Psi- Had some great parties this semester, good chapter house and good annexes, has some creepers, but expect them to keep rising if they have a good rush class

7. Theta Xi- Not great parties and top sororities stay away, lots of creepers, have a great annex but they don't use it

8. Chi Psi- Best chapter house on campus no annexes, and do they party ever cause I have never really heard?
9. Sig Ep- Rising and has had some good parties lately, might surpass chi psi and theta xi

Bottom Tier
10. Phi Tau- Could rise cause they have a really great chapter house

I agree with pretty much everything. You could argue si pi's position, they could be a little lower, they have a lot of potential though.

Sig Pi is definitely not upper middle tier, and Sig Nu/Phi Psi are definitely upper middle... this ranking needs work

Sig Pi is not upper-middle. Their last good class is their juniors. After that they are done.

This list was pretty accurate a month ago. I really don't think Pi Kapp will stay on top for long now that they they rely on there reputation from 2-3 years ago for recruitment.
Don't think K Sig will be allowed recruitment in near future at all due to trouble with IFC and nationals
Think Sig Nu and Theta Xi is underrated on this list, my guess would be those are could be the next big houses with the fall of old big houses
