This is why most of greek life hates sig nu and theta xi. They don't know their place. They think because a few chapters lost their houses and a few got kicked out of ifc automatically makes them a top house. First of all you guys have creepers and all of the top sororities know this, which is why your parties lack these girls. Second, the game has changed in boulder, it no longer really matters if you have a chapter house or not. It is all about who has the best annexes, because this means you can have parties wednesday-saturday instead of just one register per week(sig nu, theta xi). Sig Nu you guys are screwed because 2/3 of your chapter has to live on chapter property. Remember when you guys were on so pro and no one knew you guys existed? I do, IFC hands out sopro's like it's their job so just wait till you guys are on it again and fade back into obscurity. Pikapp/sae/ksig can survive sopros's, and it doesn't really matter because they have great annexes. Theta xi has a great annex(the white house) and for some reason turned it into a laughingstock. Both of you are middle tier fraternities, and people will stop hating you as soon as you understand this.

I can't tell if this was a failed attempt at being funny or what. But if it is, that wasn't funny in the slightest.
