do sororities at Boulder care about recommendations? I'm from Texas and they're common here but I feel like Boulder is more laid back. Would a recommendation help at all or is it pointless? And would the rec coming from someone who recently graduated from Boulder help (like class of 2015 or 2014). thanks!

do recs. All the houses that I loved and ended up wanting to pref I luckily had letters of recommendation for. They aren't essential but they do help you out during the big cuts after the first day where you can kinda get lost in the crowd. Just my personal opinion, not necessary but I think they helped me get into my house now.
