Agree. Pi Phi has always been the best. My Mom said it was the best 25 years ago. Some things never change.

My aunt who's a Theta 10 years ago said the same thing. Pi Phi was the best house and still is, in my opinion. AND I am not a Pi Phi, just telling it like it is.

with the identification of the tiers below....Alpha Phi is on the bottom, Pi Phi not that high (Tier 2 or 3) and Tri Delta (Tier 2). DG and Chi O Tier 1. Kappa and Theta could be Tier 3 and AXO could be Teir 2
