yup i would say that's legit

i would say this board is so inaccurate. if you really want to know the top houses look for how many ratings there are. if there aren't many then obviously the house is irrelevant and not good enough competition to even consider ranking low to keep low. then look at some houses with a lot of ratings, and even if they're in the lower that means that a lot of people are trying to keep them low ie they're becoming more of a threat. does that make sense?

Real truth. Chi O and DG have very similar, super competitive houses. Shown by the fact that they both roll with SAE and Pi Kapp.. the obvious top fraternities at CU. Pi Phi is in their own world, chillin with mid-tier Sigma Pi. The other sorories dont have a designated top-tier fraternity that they chill with, or really even middle tier ones for that matter. Kappa is a classy house though some of their freshman class this year were...rowdy. Theta is rising and really they're just the chill house. Aphi is the blone and pretty house but lets face it their reputation is not a good one. They're known for putting on a good rush but when it comes to keeping members, they drop like the girl from the roof. (sorry). all the other houses have their own drama but i cant quite say what that is..

How long is chi o on probation? I heard until the end of the year...
