im in pi phi and were doing it because we are like 10 people away for the quota and since we have such a big house we need a certain amount of girls to fill it every year. (older girls transferred)

Panhel increased numbers all the houses are required to have after fall recruitment so I'm not surprised a lot of houses are doing it this year. Plus so many people got dropped during fall that there will be a lot of girls wanting a second chance in the spring
