Curious what frats are top, middle and bottom tier here

this is going to be really biased because i haven't been to all of the houses. im just basing it off where i have the best time, i've only been to the houses i listed as bottom tier once and didnt go back.

top: kappa sig, sig nu
middle: zbt, phi tau
bottom: sigep, aepi

I know this well, biased doesn't hide from realism.

Top: Kappa Sig, Sig Nu, Phi Kappa Psi (All 3 have the best main houses)
Upper Middle: Pi Kapp (lost main house, losing women) Sig Pi,
Middle: SAE (dying) Chi Psi, Alpha Sigma, Phi Tau
Lower: everything else. AEPi, ZBT, Sig ep, whatever

The harsh reality is SAE and Pi Kapp no longer have the castles they once lived in. Most freshman won't be attracted to those fraternities in the future, so they really need to keep a strong pledge class. They were once top, still have top upperclassmen, but they are both dying slowly.

The rank above is ridiculous, I question if this person even goes here. Everyone knows phi psi is irrelevant, pi kapp is not behind sig nu. SAE is not falling, don't think you can come on here and try to fool everyone

I think that's probably the most accurate ranking on here, except move sig nu below kappa sig and switch pi kapp with SAE then it's solid

Lol sig nu is definetly below ksig and Pikapp, and theta xi should be at the bottom of that list

OKAAYY so all of this is COMPLETELY off.
these are the actual tiers, coming from a well known sorority

TOP: kappa sig, pi kapp, sae
MIDDLE: sig nu chi psi,
BOTTOM: zbt theta xi

the rest are irrelevant and for the most part unknown

That was the most ridiculous ranking i have ever seen! do you even go here?
everyone knows SAE and Pi kappa have gone down the drain, Sig nu is now a top house, Sae would be lower middle, Chi psi would be right above them, and theta xi would be above chi psi right under pi kapp.
