next in line to the throne?

by: Question

Answer this in two parts. Which sororities do you believe might be top in the next few years and which fraternities do you believe will take over in the next few years?

Top Fraternities on coming years:
Kappa Sig: Still top, aren't going anywhere as far as I can tell
Phi Tau: Got their big old house back, top pledge class and growing.
SigNu: Chi Psi doesn't really rage so their top spot is there for the taking with their entire street.

Top Soroities:
Alpha Phi: Cause god damn, and now buying up CLincoln.
DG: Almost all fraternities love them still. Just gotta seperate themselves from PiKapps.
Hesitant to say, but TriDelt: Pretty quality pledge class this year, good house and history they could build off of if they get a few more top classes.

Kappa Sigma- Always a top house

Pi Kappa Phi- Just got another chapter house after losing theirs last year and always a good time on game day.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon- Good dudes who went through a lot this year but will bounce back.

I agree with the the morning dude above me.

Obviously Ksig is staying at the top.

I'd say Sig Nu and Theta Xi have been making moves with their last couple classes. Been seeing a lot more of them around campus and the guys I've met are pretty decent guys. Better than how I remember them my freshman year two years ago.

PiKapp and SAE are still tight, but their new classes are soft so we'll see what happens.
