do they accept sophomores?

I want to rush as sophomore, I already rushed this year, but I had to drop out because of a family emergency, so I know which sororities I already like, I felt a real connection with Alpha Phi and Chi O, and all of my friends are in those 2 houses, I was wondering if I have any chance of getting in as a sophomore? This is actually a serious question, with no intended dissrespect to any other houses.

Chi o will drop If your not a freshman/: most likely alpha phi will too, freshamn get priority because sophmore year it's required to live in
