Kappa or Theta? What's the personalities/differences of the houses and who is ranked better

kappa vs. theta is like rich vs. ratchet.
Both are going downhill though

Theta and Kappa are both more laid back and good houses. Kappa is nice and "southern", Theta has a mix of girls but is known for being chill and funny.
Don't base a house off of ONE GIRL that may have skewed your views.
There are amazing girls in every sorority.

both houses bother me, but theta's rush was much better than kappa's if that makes any influence on you

i actually thought kappa was really great, i had a hard time picking between kappa and theta and i chose kappa

I chose kappa and preffed both kappa and theta. i dropped kappa. it sucked. the older girls put on a show for recruitment but 5 sophomores i know in kappa dropped this semester, too, because they realized living that the girls suck.
