new fraternity ranks

Just my opinion, no specific order for any of the tiers.

Top: Kappa Sig, SAE, Pi Kapp
-SAE and Pi Kapp probably going down but for now still top

Upper Middle: Sigma Nu, Phi Psi, Theta Xi

Middle: Chi Psi, Sig Ep, PKT

Lower: Everyone else

this list is pretty bad sae is all but dead now and there's no way pikapp is still top after their weak fall class. ksig Signu theta Xi chi psi top 4 and the rest don't matter

If your trying to argue to me that as of right now Sig nu, Theta Xi, and Chi Psi are better then SAE and Pi Kapp then this website really is a complete joke. Just because they don't have houses doesn't mean they can't continue to be at the top. Its going to be years before they actually start to drop to middle tier like the three mentioned above.

Your top tiers are right but chi psi is way better than theta xi. I would say
Pi kapp/kappa sig/sae
Chi psi/sig nu
Theta xi/phi psi/sig ep
Then the rest

found the chi psi. nobody in their right mind would put chi psi over sig nu or theta xi.

sig nu is killing it this year, should probably get more praise on this site. they're actually doing things with their nice property now... theta xi is doing really good as well, but i feel for em cuz this entire site is full of kappa squids trying to affirm their masculinity, theta xi gets absolutely rocked on greekrank because the kappa squids are still mad (rofl) about them taking the white house.

Sigma Nu, and Theta xi are way better than chi psi will ever be, Chi psi had a worse pledge class than Sig Ep this year

I understand the logic of saying Pi Kapp and SAE are falling because they "don't have a house" but we have yet to see one of their pledge classes suck. They continue to get great guys without a house while other fraternities can't get didly squat. I do agree that is what should happen but SAE hasn't had a house for two years and they are still rolling in quality guys and Pi Kapp has a great 35+ person pledge class. Maybe the decline will begin next year? (feel like people say this every year)

SAE does not have good pledge class, and pi Kapp has a decent class, other houses had much better pledge classes. I do not think they are bad houses all of a sudden, there are just a few more houses that are in the same ballpark now. Those two houses have been on a decline

Sigma nu and Theta xi have improved a lot, I would say that they are upper middle, with phi psi and chi psi below them
