Here is an honest evaluation of last years frat life. Keep in mind many houses will move up and down due to loss of house etc.

Top:
Kap sig, pi kap, SAE

Middle:
Phi psi, chi psi, theta xi, sig nu

Bottom:
ZBT, acacia, sig pi, phi tau, adp

SAE's house is a shack. Pi Kapp doesn't have a house. Sig Pi is still on top. These are way off.

Why would you put Sig Pi anything close to the bottom?
And Phi Psi and Chi Psi the top of the middle tier? Awful rankings.
