READ IF YOURE RUSHING A SORORITY

For all the girls planning to rush in Fall '25, I have made a list of honest opinions about every chapter here.
DISCLAIMER: Rush has gotten so out of control at Boulder, so if you get a bid anywhere, be grateful

(alphabetically)
Alpha Chi Omega (AXO)
-AXO is a middle-tier sorority. There are some amazing and fun girls, but there are also a lot of girls who think they are better than you. They have decent mixers and fun events.
Alpha Phi (Aphi)
-If you aren't from CO or CA, you're not getting in, point blank. You are probably going to have to know girls from high school/hometowns to get a datebook there. They do have some super sweet girls, but they have a lot of internal issues. Yeah the frats like them but I promise frat guys will like anything in a bikini.
Chi Omega (Chi O)
-They are on the upper half of the ranks (the top few r never agreed on) They pick fun, traditionally pretty girls to be in ChiO. Their events are pretty fun (they throw a mini carnival in the fall) and nobody has bad things to say about them. Harder to get a datebook from
Delta Delta Delta (tri delt)
-They are unfortunately the bottom house, but that isn't for no reason. A lot of the girls there arent super proud to be a tri delt, and they dont put a ton of effort into their image. They have a great location on the hill and could easily move up if they tried a bit more. You will def get a datebook here.
Delta Gamma (DG)
-Delta Gamma is in the upper level of sororities here. They have a good mix of personalities and don't judge on appearences as much as other top sororities. The frats like them because they are nice, but dont have as much of the 'sorority' stereotype. A mix of people get bids here, but it will help to know somebody in the sisterhood. Their house is my personal favorite on the hill because it is so cute and taken care of.
Gamma Phi Beta (Gphi)
- kind of similar to Tri Delt in terms of social image, but the girls are much more enthusiastic and happy to be there. They have some fun philanthropy events, and they have great merch. Unfortunately they dont mix with a ton of high ranked frats (even though they totally could if frats didnt care as much abt rankings)
Kappa Alpha Theta (Theta)
- Theta is a lower-mid tier sorority (kind of on level with AXO). They have a few big philanthropy events throughout the year which are fun. They are pretty far from the hill, but they are right next to campus which is nice. Not much drama but not much of a reputation. They take a wider variety of girls, so there is a fair chance you'll get a bid here. Overall the girls in Theta are nice and outgoing, which makes a big difference when you're rushing.
Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG or Kappa)
- Honestly you don't hear about Kappa that much, but they are a middle-tier sorority with decent girls. Their sisterhood is pretty strong, but they dont do a ton of philanthropy events. Their house is super nice and they are across from Phi Psi. There is a 50/50 chance you will get a bid here because they dont have a specific type of girl in mind, just people who will get along well with the current sisterhood.
Pi Phi
- Pi Phi is debatably top house. Unfortunately theyre located pretty far from the main greek row area, but their house is beautiful. They tend to have less drama than APhi and just as many connections. Unfortunately they mostly take legacies and friends of members, so it is harder to get a bid here. They have fun philanthropies and seem to have a tight sisterhood.
