How much should I expect to pay for a sorority? Are they different prices for each tier?

Freshman year dues are the highest (besides live-in dues), but they really vary. It's not really by tiers, just different houses have different dues

It's not really about tiers. Kappa is the highest and they are a middle tier. Alpha phi and DG are also really expensive
