just tagging on to the never in history comment. No other schools in the nation (inc. Alabama, Arkansas, and Ole Miss) have pc’s of 170 new members. It ended up being the perfect storm in a good way for some houses (axo and chi o) and in a not so good way for other houses that made steep cuts way too early on.

My sister went through rush last year at Miami and they had 2000 girls for 7 houses. We aren’t special here some people just act like it
Honestly I don’t really think the ranks have changed at all, houses here just take very different girls that’s all

most of aphi’s pc looks like their normal girls. everyone knows they are a looks house that is more concerned with bmi, than academics, philanthropy, sisterhood etc. After everything that happened last year i would have liked to have seen a little more diversity and/or less focus on appearances, but they look the same as usual in order to appeal to the frat boys. I think they were able to take a lot of quota additions due to last years drops.

sorry but aphi fell hard this year they had to many pnms asking about all the girls that dropped last year

PNMs heard all about the drama at APhi last year and had many questions, it definitely made them second guess keeping APhi and many just dropped them 1st round. APhi should have known there would have been awkward questions and they needed some damage control.

Agree that Chi O isn’t number two, but also disagree that they are second to last. This is probably more realistic:
-Pi Phi
-Alpha Phi and Kappa
-DG/AXO/Chi O
-Theta
-G Phi
-Tri-Delt

kappa is nowhere near aphi and definitely not above dg, chi o, or axo anymore ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

es and No. Agree that change def doesn’t happen over night, but you bring up a good point with your never in the history comment. Everything that happened this year was completely unprecidented. No other school in the nation had almost 2000 girls rush nine houses. Never in the history of CU has there been anything like this.
